Booking terms

Safarly is a trading name of Aspirion Ltd (company number 15852545), registered office 2 Elmtree Road, Sutton Coldfield, England, B74 3RY. "We" and "us" mean Aspirion Ltd.

Prices on this website are guide prices "from" and depend on dates, availability and airline or hotel rules. Your exact price, what is included and the supplier rules are sent to you in writing before you pay. A price is only fixed once you have paid and your booking is confirmed.

We arrange flights, hotels and other services with airlines, hotels and booking partners (the "suppliers"). When you confirm and pay, you enter into a contract with each supplier, and their terms also apply. We will tell you who the suppliers are and share their key terms.

We will tell you how to pay and by when. Payments go only to the business bank account of Aspirion Ltd. We will never ask you to pay into a personal account. If you are unsure, call us before you pay. How to pay

Please check names (exactly as in your passport), dates and times as soon as you receive your documents and tell us straight away if anything is wrong. Some airlines charge for name changes.

Changes and cancellations follow the airline, hotel or supplier rules for your fare, which we tell you before booking. Many cheap fares cannot be refunded. Any supplier charges, plus any service fee we told you about in advance, will be taken from refunds. We pass refunds on as soon as the supplier pays us.

You are responsible for having a valid passport, the right visas and any health documents for your trip. We are happy to point you to official guidance.

We will tell you in writing, before you pay, what financial protection applies to your booking.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Your consumer rights are not affected.
